The staff was incredibly helpful during my stay, going above and beyond to assist me with everything I needed. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast served on the same level as my room was simple but enjoyable. During my xmas stay, the hotel offered very clean rooms which were modern and well-maintained. the breakfast was simple, but it was enough to start the day. the hotel was conveniently located close to the bus station and within a reasonable walking distance from the main square.
They were often intrusive, and the reception would call early in the morning, disrupting sleep, to check when we were checking out. the cleaners also had a tendency to barge in rooms without prior warning, and one of my belongings went missing.

During my Christmas stay, I was really happy with the good value for the money. The hotel was very clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast served was good enough to start the day energized. I appreciated the location being close to the bus terminal, and that restaurants were a short cab ride away. It was convenient that the hotel provided luggage storage, which allowed us to travel to Tatacoa Desert without extra baggage. , the air conditioning in the room was modern and efficient.
I was unhappy with the amount of noise, especially in the morning. The street was busy with motorcycles due to the location in an industrial area.
